I used to have a parrot, who I swear had a sense of humor. She would deliberately drop her toys on the floor, and when I came over to pick them up, she would shake her body and make a laughing sound. Not sophisticated, I admit, but still, I think it was her way of making me pick up her toys and laughing because I did it.

Good parrot story Jane.

Dogs routinely taunt their masters' and such around the home. I can't get close enough to ours to snatch the toy out of it's mouth as it coyingly walks around with its tail wagging taught and quick as it growls playfully when I walk in the door. It just plays..that's all there is to it.
