And China has far better environmental legislation than the USA. Old factories must retrofit or install waste filters, building in biosensitive areas such as near important rivers has been suspended, cars must be extremely fuel efficient, and strong disincentives for companies failing to comply with environmental standards.</description></item></channel></rss>
